For freshers it can be a good learning place but very older version of language are used which is of no use ahead.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad, no work life balance concept, you have to work late every day to keep the image clear or else you will be highlighted on every task. Very poor management, managers here have made safe place from them in years and no involvement from their side for anyone's learning.you will have to hustle and learn on your own

Lack of new technology no exposure to api, mvc it would be not good decision to start your career as even after having years of experience you will lack market requirements hence you will have to struggle a lot
