Compensation that they pay at Empower is really good and the food facility

Other than the salary everything is worst specially the management is horrible, no job security they play with employees specifically Priyanka Chavan and sandil raj bennedict. The 2 are worstest shits alive ever. They are all religiously partial only Tamilians get preferred more.

We do have good cab facility and food, especially food will be much helpful to night shift people

Especially these words are applicable to entire company,but for only few managers. Few mangers shows their religious feeling directly on employees which effects on their work life Expamle : not giving postions based on seniority,but giving based on thier nativity and who ever is favour to them

Too much of politics and there’s no job security at all. One process of this company is the best example for racism. I joined and was really happy at the beginning but I was forced to resign and the hr is also with them which makes me feel if I am in India or abroad.

The managers..the worst people are working as manager who is not having any people management skills. They think that they are the perfect managers in the world. They don't listen to anyone and never change or improve the area they are lacking..and the overall culture is not good.if you coming from wells or similar you will find it funny the way it is operating..

I would like to tell about the pay and food and transportation is very good at empower.

There is no proper promotion only they will choose who wants to stay with them they are not recognising the person who work sincerely.everything they will convince who will listen them but finally they will tell on us only , if they approved also they will tell that finally we took lenience and flexibility. Note:this is my personal opinion and experience
