...y slip. The company is closed our portal from where we download the salary slip. And the most pathetic situation is WE DON'T GET OUR SALARY ON TIME. Many times we getting our salary after 2-3 months and sometimes more than 3 months. And from my joining to still now one time we get our 6 months salary at a time and still now that was the worst situation in my life. But no one can take any step for this worst system.

Average management, mostly non-skilled staff hired by management , no promotion , only that person is promoted who does flatter and this done by those who do not have skill.Lots of promoted manager over here like this. Comapny KRA is not clear for employee and this is multitasking job for trainer. Pathetic.

Some higher management people are very good. They always pay salary on time.

Few higher level people are pathetic in every aspect. They don't have any knowledge but trying to be more smart. They can't able to understand the ground level issues.

...sking to come on holiday as well, no documentary-like ID card, official mail Id. salary delay, mostly judging you apart from KRA work and the basis of those work, doing salary deduction horrible.

Empower Pragati is the best organization to learn about skilling industry. You get an exposure to unleash the best potential in you. My personal experience with management has been very wonderful. Learnt a lot from my the organization. I could explore more avenues in my tenure.

There is zero tolerance for politics in Empower Pragati . Travel policies are at par with industry standards, Salary's are timely and no delays in salary .
