Average management, mostly non-skilled staff hired by management , no promotion , only that person is promoted who does flatter and this done by those who do not have skill.Lots of promoted manager over here like this. Comapny KRA is not clear for employee and this is multitasking job for trainer. Pathetic.

Some higher management people are very good. They always pay salary on time.

Few higher level people are pathetic in every aspect. They don't have any knowledge but trying to be more smart. They can't able to understand the ground level issues.

I thought for a long time in my mind to find the answer to this question but I could not find the answer because Because there was nothing to like

...sking to come on holiday as well, no documentary-like ID card, official mail Id. salary delay, mostly judging you apart from KRA work and the basis of those work, doing salary deduction horrible.

Empower Pragati is the best organization to learn about skilling industry. You get an exposure to unleash the best potential in you. My personal experience with management has been very wonderful. Learnt a lot from my the organization. I could explore more avenues in my tenure.

There is zero tolerance for politics in Empower Pragati . Travel policies are at par with industry standards, Salary's are timely and no delays in salary .

There is nothing to be liked. They already pay us our salaries one month late.

...howing any progress on managerial level and sorting out issues of its employees. No satisfaction at all in terms of work culture, employee grievance redressal, salary disbursement etc.
