Working hrs is froud in this company. total salary based on 8hrs duty but actual work is 12 hrs thatmeans 4hrs extra working by employees against company profile rules. No not supporting any one in covid-19

Extra work no proper timing no financial growth nothing... just do same work like a dog... but result zero big disappointment. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
