Everything Over Here Depends Up On HOD Of Each Department. Eg Instrumentation Department HOD Is Sunil Hase,He Is Not Good At Anything. No Knowledge Of Work No Respect Towords Co Workers No Sense Of Talking.Eg :- Today He Makes Rules Next Movement He On His Own Breaks The Same Rule,He Makes Changes As Per His needs & Purposely Trouble On Each & Every Day To Day Work. Our Director Is A Gem Of Person. Sir Is Their That's Why The company Is Running Smoothly Hats Of The Mr. S.S.Parmar Sir 🙏

Except HOD Higher Authorities Should Also Ask Lower Co Workers About Are They Happy With Work & Behaviour Of HoD

ONly good thing is you can work for long time. No value for Education. Even 10 the pass can become General Manager or Director and experience Post Graduate will work under them. No HR policies. Don't work here if you want work respectfully.

The benefit that come from working here are above and beyond the monitory reward we receive. Managements with constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when its due. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my life. Thank you so much.
