Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Accident leave bhi nhi dete hai or na khrcha dete hai thik hone ka. Over time ka bhi Paisa nahi dete kisi ko. Chaye or coffee ke liye koi arrangement nhi hota Inka salary kbhi time se nhi dete staff se itna pressure deker kaam krwaya jata hai bahot or jhut to itna hrr kisi se.
