Since the company is new, one can get new technologies to work on. Being small in size one can suggest new ideas and can get a chance to adhere to them.

Dislikes

No proper policies. Management is terrible. No job security, one can be asked to reduce their compensation after a year citing low performance. Appraisals are truly based on hidden policy, one can never expect it in less than half a year.
