I have had a positive experience with the companie's work culture, salary and flexibility with work hours. the environment is supportive and fosters growth, the compensation is fair and the ability to manage my my schedule greatly improved my work-life balance.

Dislikes

However ,I feel dissatisfied with the promotions which takes a lot of time, despite of my efforts, dedication and performance, I believe I was overlooked for my promotion I was ready for. this level me feeling slightly unappreciated.Nonethelesss, I remain optimistic and motivated, hopeful my efforts will be recognised in future.

The best part is that you get to explore a lot in the marketing area. You are free to do and suggest whatever you would like and the managers are really helpful for the same. I was asked to build a sub-brand under the company myself and it's really a great experience. Good growth, they have scaled a lot and expect to capture more in the future.

Dislikes

... have learned so far so it becomes a prerequisite rather than a learning ground. They don't pay their interns and hence the quality and motivation won't be there. So these things need to be taken care of as soon as possible. Rest assured, the best place to work.

Manager, that if you're lucky enough. The best part is the experience you gain from here, trust me the pace you would be working at would make your next job's timelines look a walk in the park. It's a great place to start out your career because of the learning curve.

Dislikes

It's the stringent working hours, while at an MNC you won't have to sit in office for prolonged hours despite completing your work. Here at EMotorad, staying at least till 7 is a must. Trust me you will be milked (but hey being young and motivated helps with it). While your friends would be enjoying a concert on the weekend, you will be in the office on alternative saturdays just trying to get through the day.

Love the energy team brings. super creative team and bunch of intelligent folks working to make the most amazing ebike. If you are here to learn this will be the best place. If you are not someone who can deal with the fast pace, you will end up not liking the culture.
