I am working hear last 33 months but as per HR I am not working well and after 2 min meeting HR force me for resign if i will not resign HR will hold my salary and also hold my experience latter HR will never give you a notice period they will fire a employ within a second

Nothing at all infact now i want to join again emotion digital because i have much experience to handle a team. Create new opportunity for me and others.

Basically I rejoined the company, because working here previously was amazing. Now the work culture, employees and even the job process have been changed completely. Comparing the current situation with the previous one the graph went down high to low. Basic facilities are not available to the employees and they all are facing the issue of timing. No set working hours are prescribed. Job is based on target, which is hard to complete within the given time frame
