Everything like work culture is very bad, no job security, poor management, promise to give attractive offers after joining but nothing happens, salary deductions if we take paid leaves also. In short, all the activities are handled by Director(owner) himself and even we dont have any right to speak coz director will not listen to you and even if you try you will be awarded by salary deduction as a Penalty.
