We have such a amazing team, each one technically smart , cooperative which keep less scope for politics. It had being great learning curve in my career till now, which will be helpful in my future. Balance between work and life feels good

Dislikes

Compensation is average,so is the growth. Sometimes I need to attend client meetings on Sunday. I do get appreciated, but goes unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also, there is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me need to guided them,step by step, which is pain sometime.
