Nothing since the first month that they dont pay our overtime, we are helpless.

Dislikes

...your superior you got high incentives but if you are not you get a little extra.For example, my monthly salary is 2500 dirhams and i work 12 hours a day, they gave us extra 300 dirhams for your salary monthly and they did not pay overtime. We work daily 12 hours a day straight for the two years but they dont even pay our overtime only incentive they called. They dont respect the position they hired you in our country, different work position they will give to you.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
