They terminated many staff after agreement of 40% salary deduction with staff instead of helping in this pandemic situation.

If company had no business then why they hired people with huge salary and packages which is 5 to 6 times more than my salary and packages. Now it has been around 3 months that I am looking for new Job but its difficult to get in this Pandemic. Now they are forcing to Cancel my VISA and to remove from Company accommodation but before during termination they told that they will cooperate with us to not cancel the VISA till I get another job and will allow to stay in accommodation.

During lock down they terminated us without any solid reason and gave us reasons due to covid 19 laid off but after that they even hired high paid position staff, this is an awful and extremely painful and disappointing

I worked for 16 years Emirates Palace and they laid off this is only the reason I didn't like it

It was good journey with Emirates palace just before kempinski exit.

Dislikes

After new company takeover, everything started falling down one by one. Company couldn't handle the situation properly. When it came to save company they terminate usefull low paid staff and kept highly paid robots.
