1. No job security. You will be informed to leave with short notice. Suggestion to management: if you're are unable to provide visa, kindly don't recruit. 2. Don't know when and howmuch of the salary will be paid. We can't pay EMIs (if any). 3. Bad choice in my career. 4. Around 10 months payment for overtime duty of technicians is on hold. 5. Not professional. 6. Mismatch between company and personal values. 7. Toxic Boss. 8. Poor office facilities. 9. You'll be assigned to tasks not relevant to your role. 10. Employees are not treated equally.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
