The only thing positive here is the employees, the management is so immature, doesn't have a proper line of communication

I can list out every negatives 1- no proper communication by the management to the employees 2- won't give proper recognitions for work 3- no job appraisal 4- targets employees who asks questions 5- Hr lady is so immature...and behaves like the old days, she always do stupid things and puts employees infront and embarrass them 6- taking about embarrassment, the so called CEO of the company, doesn't respect the employees personal life.. even on off-days he would make the employees work 7- puts employees on extra-time and doesn't pay them

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
