Poor management. Boss uses foul words very often. The most disgusting part is once they know u are on notice period, they will delay your salary n mine they have not paid for the last month giving xyz reasons which actually doesn't makes any sense. Since I was new to Delhi hence I was not aware that such fake companies are also there to exploit employees.
