Eminence companies will only pay you so much money which is of no use to them, you will not get any money for the work you do by helping the company, or the site's will be so long that by the time you go, all the money will be lost from your pocket. Job just like fraud

Its a very good company its very good performance in working his organisation

Its a vendor company of indus towers and need to work @ field and less salary compaired with others ...need to switch from vendor to basement

The only thing I like is timely salary!

-No growth in salary after particular stage -very low salary in market -rude manager and co-ordinators -just use you as per their need -unnecesary salary deductions -no leave policy -force you to do work other than your scope -no job security -no respect to engineers -unnecessary stress

Company always makes profits, co-ordinator Vivek is taking too much efforts but still compay says no profit and cuts salery of employees

They are the one whom Indus trust most , when it comes to survey. You get to learn a lot in this , you can also travel to different states for survey if you are intrested, sometimes when you don't have work they pay you even for sitting at home.

I thing growth is limited in this field .
