As of now, I haven't seen any pros. Nothing special to join this company. Candidate have better options than EMIDS to boost their career.

...when project got over they don't have enough projects to onboard the candidates. They compensate you with better package with some benefits like joining bonus but there is no job security at all.

...they assure we will give you 2 months salary. They did it same within 15 days. Overall Company is good always salary on time it's our luck client gone

... Company policies are really good. Some policies or really employee oriented. Compensation is also really good but this depends on your negotiation skills. Work life balance is fine but depends on project and your level. Speak to managers/superiors and tell your inspirations clearly. If it is clear and you have history of good company deliveries, you will be given options on your needs.

Few people are really toxic. If you came across them, stay away from them.

Nothing. I have worked in 2 projects. 1st project I worked directly with client(had good experience working with client) and 2nd project on product development, where none of them knows to design the application and all work were dumped to Leads to control the work.

No work life balance. No salary hike. No proper management responsibilities.

On time salary. Nice people.

Dislikes

Bulk hiring, no project, large bench strength. Every day fear of layoff and they did around 200 layoffs. Before joining just ask for direct billable project otherwise you will be on bench for many time and not have good projects.
