Team Leaders and Mangers will give time to adapt new environment & job 6. You can learn lot about Control Valves & instrumentation, mechanical part of valves

1. Very less salary & hike 2. Three month notice period 3. In some team experienced person suggestions are not valued for big Projects from reputed EPC Contractors. 4.Terrible HR (They think are the prince of the company) 5. No point in terminating & black listing a employee who got Govt job or abroad company offer if they can't serve 3 month notice period. No way it's going to affect thier carrier (utter foolishness) my suggestion is that accept the payment if they are ready to pay for it. Relive them smoothly It's a win win situation for employee & employer. If this kind of activity continued further by HR it will create bad opinion about the company among the present employee's

...ths without any holidays and benefits/allowance if it is not mentioned in offer. Very careful in accepting/fixing allowance, salary and benefits HR always shows urgency and trap us by fixing ur allowance and benefits in few days after joining It may not be enough or manageable in future.

I have joined as a trainee , so I didnt get that much benefits as staffs of emerson . Work culture is good as all my colleagues are good and helpful in many ways in clarifying doubts .

Dislikes

... over time charges even for company staffs as there is no HR policies it seems . Company provides holiday for weekend , but if some Saturday may work but there would be no salary for working on saturday .

...ng the pandemic degraded so much that i was even considering to give up my life. Work life balance is skewed to the most extreme, compensation is peanuts considering Design gets less than 2 dollars per hour. Highly advice not to join this company.

...s like IPO or supply chain you will not learn anything and will spoil your self. Its always better to join other company to upgrade your self which at end will give higher package in industry along with good domain knowledge.

Dislikes

Emerson is good for old people like 45 and above or females or for senior positions where you have to get settled and no requirement for upgrading your self. Office is full of politics and favourism for promotions. If you want to grow and of young age or in starting of your career better do not join.
