...ths without any holidays and benefits/allowance if it is not mentioned in offer. Very careful in accepting/fixing allowance, salary and benefits HR always shows urgency and trap us by fixing ur allowance and benefits in few days after joining It may not be enough or manageable in future.

Good work life balance Excellent place as far as learning is concerned but average for in-depth knowledge.

Dislikes

Don't entertain direct recruits, mostly it will be a third party contract. Lower salary prospects for the amount of work being done. Pay is lesser than industry standard for freshers.

...e assured.They recruit the engineers under 3 years neem contract only(not bond).your starting pay be neraly 2L per annum

Not be harshly but they didn't recognize the young engineers performance.

Premium company to work with.. will give steady growth. Give very good opportunity to work across the word. Best part is no politics at low and medium level but about higher level have no comments.

Dislikes

Compensation is deceny but growth os steady and slow, work pressure is always depend on the work. But i dislike about the company is that if another company took x time to complete the project but this company push their employees to complete the job in x/2 time.

...s like IPO or supply chain you will not learn anything and will spoil your self. Its always better to join other company to upgrade your self which at end will give higher package in industry along with good domain knowledge.

Dislikes

Emerson is good for old people like 45 and above or females or for senior positions where you have to get settled and no requirement for upgrading your self. Office is full of politics and favourism for promotions. If you want to grow and of young age or in starting of your career better do not join.
