Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Worst journey with emediscene No one supportive

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It was a great learning and working experience, helped me explore all the aspects of my skill sets which were possible.

Dislikes

Eventually it became less friendly and more like restricted area to the employees with too many new rules for the employees and company.
