... letter and experience letter after 45 days they will not answer in first place.They will reply after 1-2 month and tell you to pay Rs. 15000 first if you want your relieving and experience letter. So you can imagine how corrupt and fraud here management specially HR department.

No job security,work culture is worst,if ur doing buttering than u can survive here,if u will go against the management even if ur right than management will be against you and they will use every possible means to expoit u and ur self respect,MANAGEMENT and HR is worst.not even a one star rating should be given to emd management.

Previously working at emd was a fun with learning now its worst working atmosphere,management doesnt cares abt u if ur buttering and saying yes in everything than only u can survive here.hr is sort of sleeping everytime and even if ur right u will be the only one to be blamed for everything.better dont work here due to poor and third class management

Never ever join this shit company because management here is totally corrupt I left this company is just 4 month because these corrupt management put my salary on hold without any reason when I asked about this no one giving me a clear answer I have never seen something like this ever in my life.HR management here including HR head they all are just a puppet of operation koi aukat hi nahi hai HR ki yaha pe.HR yaha bolti hai agr company me grow krna hai senior ki thodi buttering to karni padegi I was shocked when I here such thing from an HR company ka culture and management ki aukat smj skte ho sare.Likhne ko bht kuch hai . Ye 3rd class company tab hi join kro when your are good at sucking because ye hi yaha ka culture hai.
