Toxic work environment: employees feel guilty and humiliated by management. It's difficult to work in this environment because of negative behaviors from management. Long Hours: daily over time No work life balance: even after daily over times they asked for the do work on holidays. No appreciation Dysfunctional Management: after leaving the organisation their is no way to communicate with them via e-mail and inappropriate behaviour in person meeting. even they do not provide the all documents while leaving the company.
