... the organization except VPs and Directors are confused, so same frequency team. Salary is good.

Dislikes

If you are joining CARIAD for the VW name or brand stay away. There is no use. This is purely a VPs driven organization especially CARIAD. Project title sounds like high fundoo, but everything is maintenance job. You can get fired if your top management don't like you, especially VP. Mid level managers are just like postman, no power and no authority. Very stressful when your manager wakes up on Saturday and asking for weekly updates. There are other 1000 issues, but be careful while choosing.

Is it Embitel or VW or CARIAD ! First clarify that. Greedy and confused managements.

Dislikes

...elf layoff people. 2. Bad quality projects in ADAS 3. No skills development 4. Low salary 5. Multiple levels of no real value. 6. Leadership team are just project managers and no cluture build-up 7. No canteen 8. Third grade pantry. Overall cheap technical center . Other tier 1/2 companies are better than this.

If teammates are good you will face good experience or else it will be hell. Projects will keep on changing so for freshers it will be confused. Couldn't learn much.

No work load, you are not over pressurised, leaves are ample, no work hour stretching, no peer to peer competition

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No proper management strategy, No proper projects in pipeline, No technical uplifting and knowledge growth, CARIAD IS DIFFERENT BU, you cant move there so don’t fall prey to that, VW projects are not there so being a part of VW group makes no help. OVERALL YOU MUST TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE OTHER GOOD OFFERS

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
