Nothing much. You could have said insurance, but that also will be detected from your salary. So, basically nothing.

Embibe is a company with full of politics and incompetency. If you are willing to li***ck functional heads or CEOs backside, you'll get promoted and may even get handsome appraisal, or you get cornered or PIP or laid off. They don't care about your competency. So, if you are good at your job and have a bit of integrity, this is not a company to work. If you got an offer from here, no matter what, DO NOT accept it. Just use that to get a better job. CEO is a ravan. She forces people to put positive reviews about the company to make sure Tech people joins and all the positive reviews are forced to give by the current employees. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS. The CEO shouts like we are hers, she thinks she rules the universe. She and her brother is basically a bad children who doesn't have any vision or competence to run the company. 10 years of Embibe and no revenue, can you believe it? They are still a start up 🤣. If a 10th grade student run this company, there would have been some revenue. Reliance are so stupid to pump their money here, and all their money are going into drain. Aditi Avasthi has somehow successfully able to convince Reliance for last 5 years. All the employees trying to looking to get out of here. When I got the job, at least 10 people from Embibe called me for referral. It's a desperate situation at Embibe. DO NOT JOIN.

... members and managers. They are literally available 24x7 and are very friendly. The compensation is really good enough, even though 20% of the CTC is paid based on the performance. Actually, I think this is a good thing as it motivates us to perform better. Lastly, the product is far better than any other products in the market. The content is just a part of it. What is unique about Embibe's product is that it leverages data analytics to personalize the learning process. So, it has the potential to change the education forever. And being a part of this revolutionary mission is what gives me the job satisfaction.

- The managers are some of the worst you'd seee across the board. The top management prefers yes men, and the people they end up hiring know nothing of domain they are in. - Variable pays are frozen without intimation. And no one gets a 100percent even if you eat, sleep and breath work. - Incompetent managers put up under-experienced team leads in charge to be yes (wo)men (The chances of being a team lead improves if you are a female and can giggle at jokes) - Townhalls called by the CEO have no content related to how the business is actually doing. Its basically just a huge self suction to rest their egos. - Content and marketing teams are clueless since the team leads and managers are clueless. (There were three content managers in the same team at a point of time - not an exaggeration). - There is no monetary model. The ship sinks if reliance stops funding. - HR policies change faster than bangalore weather. - The attrition rate is so high, they literally don't need to layoff. The oldest person you will find in the team apart from managers would if lucky have a term of 1 yr, and not more. - Look for negative reviews only on glassdoor. All the good ones are fake. They've literally had a sheet with content writers writing fake glassdoor reviews. Save yourself, trust me whatever extra they are offering is not worth it.

...ademic content developer, this is what drives me. The product is very unique. Salary and learning opportunities in the company are great! The office is very beautiful too. The best thing is the company is led by a strong woman.

Nothing in particular. Sometimes, work hours get stretched too much. But that's expected in an EdTech company.
