Most toxic Company I have ever seen. They are focusing on freshers and juniors to have a bond for 3 years and make them stable with package for next 3 to 4 years and finally make them exit at the time of mid level.

Worst management and they add you in PIP in first 3 months itself

For your experience EmbedUR will pay good salary then the other companies do based on the dependency. There is no Job security if you have higher salary. Since it is a small company there is lot of scope for learning. I have learnt a lot.

If there is a dependency on employee, then they will pay very good salary for that particular employee. If they can not make trice the money on you from project what they are paying to you . They won't hesitate to fire you on next day!! Higher the the pay - higher the risk of losing the Job. Lot of internal politics. Coming to teammates every company is almost same few people are good and few people are selfish. More management activities and less leading. Team is managed by Managers not leads!! Work life balance is very very poor, they expect employees to work over night, work from home after leaving office, for male employees is horrible. Minimum work hours for a male employee is grater than 10 hours. I didn't get much training related to project to tools used for the project, struggled a lot to learn most of the things by my self.

You should develope strong discipline, Because the job here demands high focus. You will develope that over time. Usually people here work for 10hrs avrg every day.
