My salary was to be increased from 1st Oct'24, due to not getting support from seniors, the process of approving the salary hike from customers is going on at the end of Nov'24. Senior management people are very toxic and spoiling the company culture, company provides very good facilities but these toxic people feel as if they are giving from there pockets and obstacle everything. They unnecessary make us to work overtime and weekends, even though company doesn't allow.
