1. Promotion/appraisals process. 2. My salary was to be increased from 1st Oct'24, due to not getting support from seniors, the process of approving the salary hike from customers is going on at the end of Nov'24. For this reason my salary increase is still stuck. If the approval process was to be completed by seniors in Sep'24. So, my salary was to be increased on time.

Very good company with very good culture

Senior management people are very toxic and spoiling the company culture, company provides very good facilities but these toxic people feel as if they are giving from there pockets and obstacle everything. They unnecessary make us to work overtime and weekends, even though company doesn't allow.

Leave policy (no leaves will be carried forward nor paid out) Notice Period ( Very long notice period of 2 months) Regular paycuts (Unrelated paycuts every month) No proper F&F settlement (takes too much time for F&F settlement and also never pays proper F&F) Very poor HR system and management. Poor work culture.

Very dirty management. There was no job security at all. Very much worsted people are sitting on senior middle management, they are playing with middle management people's life.

Senior middle management is playing very bad politics with middle management staff.

Needs a lot of improvement. Responsibility of a new employee for a challenging role were never explained and expectation was high. Almost no guidance from the core team of Embassy.
