Dislikes

Having said above, the management is very poor. There is lack of leadership skills in HODs. They feel embarassed while taking to junior and lack emotional intelligence. Although they are from big 4 but they lack intelligence, business understanding (specially the finance controller). They grown mainly due to recommendation and favouritsm

The amount of exposure you'll get would be amazing. You'll be able to gain knowledge at a different level.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance whatsoever. Efforts and hard work goes unappreciated and unrewarded. Working hours are very long and you won't get time for your family or yourself.
