Emami is very stable organization.Salary given on time and job security very high.working culture is very good and all the Team members help each other.

In junior level salary can improve so that young dynamic guys are motivated.in junior level latent not recognised.

Working 8 hrs inside plant and month-end salary that's enough.

Department's all seniors , HR system, salary parameters, safety department. Not suitable for working . Not following SOP. 99% people are home seek and they don't want to change any other plant that's why salary of this company is very low grade.
