Salary Package is not good.

Working 8 hrs inside plant and month-end salary that's enough.

Department's all seniors , HR system, salary parameters, safety department. Not suitable for working . Not following SOP. 99% people are home seek and they don't want to change any other plant that's why salary of this company is very low grade.

It's a very good company as cito others like central government job..but here salary is very less and no good work culture

Union and worker based company.worker can get more salary.. engineer can get having 7 years work experience can get 18000 gross .

Lot’s of scope to learn and grow with this organisation Colony and staying facility is very good for enjoying family and festivals Location is also good
