The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team like this. I am the getting the experience which I want. I have the ability to speak with anyone for emergency or working purpose. My skill is developed in working and getting the knowledge of how to work in those latest technology. Most importantly how to react in tough environment and keep calm to address the mistakes and find a way to finished the work which they given to me in perfect way.

...ts to work hard for this company there is no appreciation from higher authority. Mainly salary and increment process is poor.

So , as a pharmacist you have job security because you have your registration and company only want you , just you have the pharmacist registration .

...hen you got the batter opportunity , because their notice period is 2month......even they doesn't release you when you are agree to give one month salary. Such pathetic. I got batter option in other company, they need urgent staff , but because of this worst company, lost my batter option.

MANAGEMENT NOT WELL.... CAREER GROWTH IS TOO BAD FOR ONLY BENGALI EMPLOYEES... NO OTHER EXTRA BENEFIT FOR BENGALI EMPLOYEES..NOTHING ABOUT SAY FOR BONUS AND YEARLY INCRIMENT... IT'S WELL FOR NON-BENGALI EMPLOYEES ONLY NOT GOOD FOR BENGALI EMPLOYEES

...t they did not my increment.i used to get the some amount through out two years.they never give my incentive not only that company used to pay 10 rs every day for tea and biscuits, branch incharge used to take that money also.

Work environment is good and teammates are very supportive. They are paying salary on time, this is the only satisfaction.

Dislikes

Ofcourse like other companies all are not equal there. In this covid-19 situation don't have any protection even don't have any plan B. No PPE kit is there. In this situation company do not provide extra money or life security. Every days the cases are increasing and they are not even aware about that. In case I effected by corona, company will not provide any expences because there is no documentation about that. And one more career growth & opportunities are very poor.
