In this company the growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes I have to work more than 10 hours when my exact job time is 9 hours. The communication of higher level with branch is very average. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence any senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes. when anyone like me wants to work hard for this company there is no appreciation from higher authority. Well work culture,work satisfaction, work life balance , behaviour of the HR everything is bad . Actually they are double feces , when you join the company, their behaviour is very good but when you resign, they are very unethical. Also , their work place is worst , incharge, maneger will never grant your leave even though you aresick. Even the company doesn't leave you when you got the batter opportunity , because their notice period is 2month......even they doesn't release you when you are agree to give one month salary.
