mgmt takes decision on based of out side person information.. Lots of politics . U don't survive in this type working. HR is only puppet /nothing to do with anything /HR enjoy its life fully.

...is process oriented with a transparency over all cross functional department. Salary hike is alway conditional which defines individual contributions and performances in across industry and it is as same here. My journey was fabulous from 2016 to 2021.

ECL is fast growing company ECL achieved 6% market share in very short time ..ECL allow work at home and they distributed sanitizer and mask to society and they gave full salary to each and every members/ workers in lockdown ..they provided guidelines and support to each member how they can live save from covid 19
