A Lala company with No job security. They hire and fire as they like. Lots of politics among the promoters. The work culture is very bad with no growth. Nothing to learn so better not to join this company.

Very particular on payroll / salary/ disbursements - Always on time No hanky panky with PF etc.

Dislikes

Decisions are made ONLY by the promoter group. Very few people are elevated to fill senior positions - Almost always complete outsiders are planted, who take years to understand the business complicity & culture. 90% of them jump ship in 2+ years...the cycle goes on ! The business suffers due to this chronic discontinuity. And lot of good people who have serious skills leave too. Attrition is abnormally high.

Good work atmosphere and culture.Teammates are supportive and themanagment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Short commute. Timely salary credits. Comfortable office. Free parking. good location. Quick settlement of expense claims etc.

Dislikes

Absolutely pre-historic mindset about Indian consumers. Almost no real connect! 100% Top-Down approach. Lack of courtesy / respect towards juniors or lower-level employees. Sales & Marketing works in two completely different, insulated silos, which results in 90% of the campaigns falling flat. Over dependence on Electronic Media / Print, with huge focus of Bollywood Stars. Almost zero belief / faith in Social Media / Modern Format Retailing / eGroceries - which are reducing consumer engagement in an alarming rate. No increments given for over 2 years while the corporation made record Net Profits! All accumulated leaves forfeited with the excuse of Covid WFH! No Medical or Sick Leave. Only part of Medical Insurance is paid by the company. Strong tendency to deny "Incentive" earning by raising bogeys. Annual targets / goals are finalised 2-3 months before the year comes to end. Senior management lives in their own cocoons busy in satisfying the 100% Hands-On promoter directors. Almost no manager above RSM grade goes to the market or have real consumer interactions. All lunches are built on "Theory". Company does not believe in syndicated data like those from Nielsen. A captive set of people speaks to a handful of sources across the country and models the data as per company's own gratification. NOT a place for learning or picking up good practices.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow Hr work department is zero only they are working for seniors they are not reply for any kind of mails phone and this is very big issue they work like apna kaam Banta bhed mai jaye janta I am sent several mails to HR regarding my experience from last almost 6 years but they don't reply if I send mobile msg always told send after mail no response my last 2 months expenses pending but no one ready to resolve the issue it's very important that how to handle ex-employers issues
