...hout any intimation to the employees. And try to save money as much as possible. Salary always comes on time but no timeline for sales incentive.

They kick out several employees during lock down, even performers as well on the basis of salary package. If they are paying you little high then they will kick yiu first in financial crisis as cost cutting.

HR dept. is weak, mostly depends upon higher authority of sales dept. for hiring and firing. No independent role of HR dept.

On time salary and mediclaim facility

Dislikes

Poor management support, intra department cooperation and support is very very poor. Honest employees are not valued. Poor HR policies and Hr is not emplyee friendly

The only thing which i liked about Emaar India is proving salary to its employees during Covid-19 Lockdown.

No recognition of hard work, No encouragement from leaders, No Reward, No Promotion, No Salary Hike, No Job Security.
