The only thing which i liked about Emaar India is proving salary to its employees during Covid-19 Lockdown.

Dislikes

No recognition of hard work, No encouragement from leaders, No Reward, No Promotion, No Salary Hike, No Job Security.

Likes

It was an amazing organisation. I mean it was a dream job. The food, the people, the extra curricular activities, the structure which they follow like OMG. It was outstanding. I wouldn't have leave the organisation for like many many years. I loved Emaar and let's see if I'll get any chance to work in the future then I'll definitely join.

Dislikes

What I dislike is during pandemic they asked us to leave. Its a very big brand and then left us without a job when we needed the job and salary the most. Apart from this decision i would say there was nothing wrong with the organisation. I still love Emaar.

Likes

They kick out several employees during lock down, even performers as well on the basis of salary package. If they are paying you little high then they will kick yiu first in financial crisis as cost cutting.

Dislikes

HR dept. is weak, mostly depends upon higher authority of sales dept. for hiring and firing. No independent role of HR dept.

Likes

Teammates were supportive. There were a huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

...nhuman and not understood subordinate problems. Lot of politics between leaders. Salary was decent but career growth was nil.
