On time salary and mediclaim facility

Dislikes

Poor management support, intra department cooperation and support is very very poor. Honest employees are not valued. Poor HR policies and Hr is not emplyee friendly

The only thing which i liked about Emaar India is proving salary to its employees during Covid-19 Lockdown.

No recognition of hard work, No encouragement from leaders, No Reward, No Promotion, No Salary Hike, No Job Security.

Very Good Company in Real Estate. Salary is on time, Most of the facilities is there.

Dislikes

Some wrong people in Emmar. Internal politics is at top level. Honest and laborious people will suffer. Dishonest and wrong people can survive here.
