Every month salary on time but employee not have job security and not a good place for work overall bad experience

I have work start at 9:30am and next day in morning 4:15 I want to leave the office but my boss says me to stay in office .

Work life balance, one can easily give time to family and friends. Flexible working hours.

...hout any intimation to the employees. And try to save money as much as possible. Salary always comes on time but no timeline for sales incentive.

On time salary and mediclaim facility

Dislikes

Poor management support, intra department cooperation and support is very very poor. Honest employees are not valued. Poor HR policies and Hr is not emplyee friendly

The only thing which i liked about Emaar India is proving salary to its employees during Covid-19 Lockdown.

No recognition of hard work, No encouragement from leaders, No Reward, No Promotion, No Salary Hike, No Job Security.
