Company is market reliable, unique concept and directly associated with largest consumer base i.e., Farmers. So obviously possibilities of expansion and growth are very high.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Few employees at the junior level are good, and they pay decently good salary because they get huge money from investors.

Dislikes

They do not have a clear path. They don't know how many people to hire, they hire and then fire them. They don't know the actual meaning of Management. They do what they want, and will not think of the employees. No Earned leaves for employees which they can use against their Notice Period, they just have planned leave and unpaid leaves.
