The problem space that Elucidata works in is interesting. Not a lot of startups are doing that There are interesting/challenging problems to work on The leadership team provides visibility into the business. They are also open to feedback. It's easy to reach out to them and let them know your concerns There is flexibility with respect to timings

Dislikes

There is lack of quality engineering Work pressure - Less time is given to build out new things. At times it feels like things are being done in a rushed manner

Work is challenging, field is challenging, sincere effort to improve drug discovery, crowd is ambitious

Frequent direction changes, not a lot of commitment to improve the product both financially and at leadership level

The culture is good, and paid leaves is the major benefit.

But, you won't be recognised for your hard work at middle or fresher level ... all the shine is for top senior positions. As a intern too, they make u work like a full timer and will throw you out as they please. Interns are hardly given full time positions, and additionally full timers are hired seperately even if job is same and once a full timer get's acquainted enough, intern are thrown out like they did nothing.
