Likes

HR system is good : all provisions committed in offer is meeting and things are progressing in time. Leadership is little bit unsatisfied with unit business performance. So work environment is challenging for technical responsibilities. If we put efforts in right way, growing potential is high.

Infrastructure of the plant is little older than other foundries. No subsidized food , refreshments and pickup drop facility provided to employees.
