I am sure this brand is going to be one of the most admired brand in india' because of the product quality and very good service back up. As a fact, Job security was not full enough and lot of politics in it. Work culture was not a hassle free atmosphere and it doesn't have flexibility also Management is superb eventhough they don't want to listen lower cadre employees while you're giving better suggestion & cost control. Regarding organization policies, it's not applicable to employees who are working in such environment and seems to bias for those influential employees

Never give an opportunity or chance to show our skills & talent in order to achieve the desired results in a time frame

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
