German MNC is now like a Indian MNC. Semi skilled Plant head and HR Head. They are working only for personal benefits.Already done big corruptions. Need to check by Global management.

Every organisation tries to improve its profitability by bringing in changes those are mostly better for the organisation and its employees. It’s the management who decides how to transfer the information from top to bottom, whether to be transparent enough or not.
