i dislike everything, dont believe the glassdoor or any reviews,, employees are forced to write such good reviews , everything is fake

Alot of things we will be able to learn from here. We have a strong bond between each and every persons who is working in this company. Due to small working environment we will be able to learn every sections which is related to our job.

Dislikes

Due to the dependency of other sections, some time we will not be able to get good support from other sections.

Nothing as such seen in this company. Required lot of experience and knowledge to run the company.

Dislikes

CEO and board of directors as they are least bothered about employees but just enjoying the profits. All fake reviews, CEO forcing employees to write good/ fake reviews.

A good organisation with decent office culture. For criterias like - skill development, work-life balance, job security, growth opportunity, I would rate good. Well there isn't much benefits from organisation as MNC do. The company lacks celebrations. Mine is a US based client.
