I got promoted as a project manager . I was handling Bangalore projects as On site . It was a very much impressive phase learning to meeting all clients builders for project confirmation to project completion and billing . Was really good experience for me. The freedom of idea and commitments and authority they issue can never been expected from any other companies

Dislikes

Too much of Commitments from client side.i took this as pros many times (since it was boosting me to run further) but sometimes as a cons too .
