Promotions here come with little to no salary increase and are based on appearing hardworking, not actual performance. The longer you stay, the less respect you get, and promotions offer smaller raises. After 25 years, the company still follows the same old mindset. Management are often not qualified for their roles but hold power because of their long tenure. Workloads are high, pay is low, and job security is unstable. If there are projects, you're valued; if not, you're easily let go. Office events feel childish, and there are only 12 official holidays, which can be denied during festivals.

It's like draftsman job ull get bored very quickly and they gave salary on time for your time that's it......if you want growth don't join, if want only money by the end of month u can join
