Elmex is a small scale unit but with great culture. Employees are very helpful & supportive in Nature. The MD himself is of very good nature & maintains personal touch with all employees.

Dislikes

Elmex's pay structure needs to revisited. Also relavant training programs to be arranged for lower & mid level employees.

Only Job Security. Good company for entry level candidates.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, Orthodox thinking, company wanted to grow but unable to improvise their own thinking and process. Lack of leadership in middle management & dominating culture. No vision. Poor HR policies and team. Poor employee Health and safety policies. No Company Insurance. To compansate holiday leave need to attend on Sundays.

Very good organisation to start career. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Appraisal policies must be improved. There is no defined evaluation method for performance appraisal rather it is somehow dependent on your relationship with management.
