No Training on the product if you are in support. you will thrown in and be expected to magically get the numbers. The manager's themselves have no clue about the product and are picked from a typical BPO environment to micro manage. Old team members fool the managers by showing they work by only resolving 2 or 3 cases a day to show the work is very hard. No assistance on cases if you are stuck. If you don't want to work hard in life, then go for this job where you can relax and do dumb work.
